 STAFF OVERVIEW 
Mah-Kee-Nac is a private six week boys camp in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. We have
300 campers, ages 7 through 15. Cabin groups, programs, and all special activities are geared to the
special needs of each age group, and we bring everyone together for exciting all-camp events. We take great pride
in the quality of our facilities and the excellent staff we assemble each year.Staff members are required to have completed a minimum of one year of college, submit qualified references and possess the background and enthusiasm necessary to be an instructor in one of our program areas. We stress skill development and positive self-esteem for our campers. Specialty Week A select staff will be hired for our Specilaty Week running August 8 - August 14. This stand alone week allows campers to concentrate on their best activities or the whole week. Much More Than Just Another Summer Job...
